We are a family-run and super passionate group of animal lovers and healthcare professionals.
Mel is the Managing Director of Lillidale. Prior to starting Lillidale in 1993 with his wife Michelle, Mel worked for 10 years in international business for Coopers Animal Health which is now MSD. Having taken a risk of leaving this excellent job and the security of a large company to start his own venture, Mel has no regrets stating 'we have faced many challenges but we overcome them through the efforts and hard work of the first class team we have both in the UK and Dubai offices.' When he's not working Mel enjoys spending time on his small farm, gardening, cooking and walking his two lovely dogs with his wife and family.
Michelle is the Director of Lillidale and responsible for the smooth running of the office, HR accounts and finance. She began her career in banking. When the boys were small Michelle worked part time at their village nursery. Mel and Michelle started Lillidale in 1993 and moved down to Dorset in 1994. When Michelle is not working she enjoys gardening, walking, good food, travelling and spending time with family, friends and of course their two lovely dogs.

Poppy and Malty
Poppy and Malty like to spend most of their work day carrying pieces of paper around making sure everyone is recycling, but they sometimes get distracted with toys, chews and nap time. They occasionally have a hard day at work modelling new products for the Lillidale pet range. Poppy is a member of the Caring Canines Charity and once a month takes Sai to visit the residents of a local nursing home.
